HISTORY

Biblos Helsinki brings the flavours of the Middle East and North Africa to the heart of the city with a generous all-day brunch served as a buffet.

Founded by Finnish-Moroccan chef Sara Chafak and restaurant entrepreneur Firas Safar, Biblos is rooted in a shared love for food that brings people together. Sara’s multicultural background and passion for MENA flavours shape a menu inspired by tradition, warmth, and bold spices.

At Biblos, we create flavour-driven dishes using fresh ingredients, vibrant presentation, and soul - inspired by the traditions of shared tables from Beirut to Casablanca.
